I have just loved the season. I love the crystallized trees in the morning and the falling snow in the lamp light. I don't even mind shoveling the walks around the mortuary. I love breathing in the cold air and feeling so refreshed. We were blessed with "anonymous" donations, and we can't thank you enough for making our Holidays a little merrier. I won't lie, I enjoy being on the receiving end of so much love but we'll be happy to be on the giving end in the future. We have had a merry Christmas so far, with lots of fun activities. The Jon Schmidt concert was Super! I dragged Josh to it, but he actually really enjoyed himself - yea! - we will have culture if it kills me!! There were times when I got emotional, because music just has this amazing power over me. Have a listen to the following mash-up and just imagine more strings and percussion filling an auditorium - oh it was beautiful! I get chills listening to it and my heart feels very happy. We went to the lights down at Temple Square and Josh swears it's his last year :( lots of traffic and people cause him stress. Next year I'll just pretend he never said that because it really is so beautiful and I would feel like something was missing. We didn't stay long, because somewhere between our house and the parking garage we lost Ty's boot, so he was walking around in crocks, and the air was frigid so Emmett in his little hooded 'gown' was shivering - poor things. All the suffering just so mom could see some pretty trees!

Cute cute boys! Seriously, you and Josh make some cute boys! Hope you guys had a very Merry Christmas! :) Those pictures of Ty with Santa are so cute, he looks like he's about to cry. And your family picture at the temple square lights is so cute! That's too bad you lost Ty's shoe :(!
I love to read your blog! It makes me so happy to hear the happiness that your cute little family brings you. You are such a cute mommy and wife. And I can't tell you how much I love my new walkout basement plan! It is a work of art!!!
