Snow adventures

I'm not going to lie, I felt like a child again tonight! I was runnin' around, hootin and a hollerin. The snow was a perfect consistency - sticky. The air was just right and we were going to see the Christmas Village! Finally, we did something on the advent calender! The boys were bundled up like Randy on 'Christmas Story', we danced the robot to Christmas tunes on the way. And then we threw snowballs, rolled around in the soft, wet snow,
saw the beautiful lights and decorated Christmas houses. They were quite awe-inspiring, especially to a tot. Emmett was pooped by the time we got home, too many lights!I haven't been since I was 14, but it used to be a family tradition to go every year and I hope it becomes one of ours. This is the year to start our new traditions as a little family, I can't wait. I LOVE CHRISTMAS!

It was so fun--especially to see the kids playing together in the snow! Ty wobbling around like a stuffed little marshmellow. So cute!

looks like a blast! i love to see ty bundled up like that. he does look like randy :) starting new traditions is the best thing about Christmas. Doesn't it make you appreciate mom and dad so much more?
