I just have to say what a difference getting up early makes to my entire day. I have two whole hours to myself before everyone else gets up. I've been staying on top of my chores, I read the ensign, I actually get ready. I have so much more patience with my boys because I'm not overwhelmed by household projects and clutter. We've been more active as a family and all around happier. Who knew such a small act would have such a profound impact! I can't say it any better than, 'If mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy'! Truer words were never spoken. I am so happy to be a wife, mom and homemaker!

that's so awesome elle! I wish I could do that too. Too bad my kids wake up at 6. I would have to wake up at 4 and um....not going to happen. Maybe one day though. You are an inspiration to me :)
Look at those 2 adorable faces!!! Makes life worth living doesn't it. I always liked the quiet of the morning when mine were young too.
lace this totally inspires me--it's all so true and i need to start doing it again. so what time do you go to bed at night? does josh get up too? do you get tired in the middle of the day? i really want to do this!
What cute boys you have! That's awesome that you're getting up earlier and have more time to yourself. I need to get up before my boys do, it's just so hard to get out of my comfy bed in the morning! I just might do it though, with your inspiration :).
Keep it up cute mommy. Inspiration and gratitude come in those quiet moments.
